Project Scope: The scope of the Project comprises the concept and interior design project together with the implementation of the MTV Turkey studios and offices.
The property of the building area belongs to the Surp Agop Hospital, the construction of which was completed in 1836-37.
The part of the parcel where MTV was located, appears as a Fiat garage on the 1925 Pervititch map.

This building has had different functions over time, and was used most recently by MTV studios and offices. This building was demolished along with many other buildings for the construction of a project called Şancity.
