Following the conclusion of the architectural project by Çırakoğlu Architecture and the German ARGE Group, the construction tender was issued by the employer. Construction works commenced in May 2019 and were completed in 2023.

The concept and implementation projects were conducted by the Mor Architecture team under the direction of Yasemin Saygıner.
